Privacy Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Studio Sando LLC collects when you use this website, book a session, schedule a call, or email us, and what we do with it. Studio Sando LLC does business as Paws on Film. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Studio Sando LLC. It sits next to our Terms of Service.
We work from Irvine, California. The sessions happen in Southern California, and we handle information in the United States. You can reach us at hello@pawsonfilm.com.
Information you give us
When you book, schedule a call, or write to us, we collect what you submit:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- What you tell us about your pet, the spot you want, and notes for the day
- A shipping address, so we can mail the prints, scans, and negatives
- Messages you send us
Payment for The Roll ($300) is taken by Cal.com and the payment processor it uses. They collect your card number and billing details. We do not store your full card number on this website. We do receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and which booking it belongs to.
A free intro call uses the same scheduler and has no charge. Cal.com still receives the name, email, and any other fields that form asks for.
Please do not send government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health details we did not ask for. If you mention a health or behavior limit so we can plan the session, we use that note only to prepare for your pet.
Photographs
A session produces photographs of your pet and of people who are in the frame. When a person can be recognized, those images are personal information.
We keep the scan files so we can deliver them, replace a package that goes missing, and make a reprint if you ask. We show them publicly only in the way the terms describe, and you can tell us not to. Email hello@pawsonfilm.com and we will keep your session off the website, social accounts, and portfolio, and take down anything already posted.
Information collected on the site
When you open the site, our host records ordinary technical logs: IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested, and the time. We use those logs to run and protect the site. We do not collect precise GPS location from your phone or computer.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count traffic. It receives the page you opened, the referrer, your browser and device type, and an approximate country. It does not set a cookie, and it is not used to advertise to you. The do-not-share control on this page applies to the Meta pixel, not to this count.
When advertising measurement is allowed, this site also loads the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms, which operates Facebook and Instagram). The pixel can send Meta:
- A page view
- An InitiateCheckout event when the booking form is submitted, including the session price of $300
- A Purchase event on the confirmation page after you book, with that same price
- A Schedule event when an intro call is confirmed
- A Contact event when you click a link to book a call
Meta may set its own cookie, such as _fbp, and receive your IP address and browser information. Meta uses this to measure ads and, depending on your settings with Meta, to show ads. We do not receive your Facebook profile from the pixel. The pixel loads only when this site is configured with a Meta pixel ID, and only if you have not opted out and your browser is not sending Global Privacy Control.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, sharing an identifier with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising can count as “sharing.” We do not sell personal information for money. We do not build a profile of you beyond what we need to complete your booking, and we do not use your information to train public AI models.
How we use it
- To schedule the session or call, take payment, and send confirmations and invoices
- To photograph, develop, scan, print, and ship your order
- To write to you about weather, timing, or a question you asked
- To count which pages people visit
- To measure advertising, unless you have opted out
- To keep the site reliable and look into abuse or a reversed payment
- To keep records we are required to keep, including payment records
- To respond to a lawful request, or to prevent serious harm
We email you about your booking, your call, invoices, and messages you send us. We do not run a mailing list.
Who receives it
We share personal information only as needed for the reasons above. We do not give client lists to other photographers, and we do not share personal information with outside companies for their own direct marketing.
- Cal.com, which hosts the booking calendar, the intro-call calendar, and checkout
- The payment processor Cal.com uses to charge the card. We do not run that card form ourselves
- A photo lab, which receives the physical film to develop, scan, and print. We send your contact details to a lab only if an order cannot be finished without them
- The carrier that ships your package, which receives your name and delivery address
- Meta, when the pixel is allowed to run, as described above
- Vercel, which hosts this website and counts page views as described above
- The email service we use to write to you, acting on our instructions
- A public authority when the law requires it, or when disclosure is needed to prevent serious harm
Cookies and this choice
This site stores one first-party cookie, pof_ads, and only after you make a choice in the section below. If you opt out, the value is denied, it lasts about a year, and we do not load the Meta pixel on later visits from this browser. The cookie remembers that choice. It is not used to recognize you on other websites.
We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends that signal, we treat it as an opt-out and do not load the pixel, whether or not you have clicked the button.
An opt-out here applies to this browser. It does not delete information Meta has already received, and it does not follow you onto another phone or computer. To ask about information we hold ourselves, such as your booking, use the email below.
Do not sell or share
We do not sell personal information for money. The sharing described in this policy is the Meta pixel. Use the button to opt this browser out, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and we will follow that signal.

California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to:
- Tell you the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose, and the categories of recipients
- Correct personal information that is inaccurate
- Delete personal information, subject to the exceptions the law allows
- Opt out of sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
In the last 12 months, the categories we collect are identifiers (such as name, email, phone, shipping address, and IP address), commercial information (the session and the amount paid), internet activity on this site (pages, the Vercel page-view count, and the pixel events above), visual information (session photographs), and the notes you send about your pet and the day. We collect them from you, from Cal.com when you book or schedule through them, and from the site itself in the logs, page-view counts, and pixel events described above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
To ask for access, correction, or deletion, email hello@pawsonfilm.com from the address on your booking and tell us what you want. We will check that the request is yours and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will write to you, within the extra 45 days the law allows. If we deny a request, reply to that email and we will review the denial again. An authorized agent can submit a request with proof that they represent you.
We will not refuse a session, change the price, or lower the service because you exercised these rights. Deleting scan files can mean we are no longer able to reprint them or replace a lost package. We may keep booking and payment records where the law allows, including for taxes, fraud prevention, and an order you already paid for.
You can also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details, invoices, and payment records for as long as the session needs them and for the period we need for taxes and accounting.
We keep a shipping address until the package has been delivered and we no longer need it to replace a lost shipment.
We keep scan files so we can deliver them and help if a package is lost or you want a reprint, until you ask us to delete them.
Our host keeps server logs on its own cycle, for a limited time.
Children
The site and the sessions are for adults booking portraits of their pets. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable care for a studio of this size. Card numbers are handled by Cal.com and its payment processor, not stored on this website. Email and web forms are not a safe place for secrets, and no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. The new version applies from the time we post it. A session you have already booked stays under the policy that was posted when you booked, unless the law requires otherwise.
